Artificial Grass & Landscaping (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (artificialgrass.biz) and our internal tools, including any that access Google services via APIs (such as the Google Search Console API).
This policy applies to our website and any associated internal applications we operate for business purposes. By using our website, services, or authorizing the App, you agree to this policy.
- Data Accessed:
- The App accesses read-only data from our own verified Google Search Console properties using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly scope. This includes:
- Performance reports (e.g., impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average positions)
- Query, page, device, country, and date-specific data
- Site/property lists and basic settings (read-only)
We only access data associated with our own business properties. No third-party user data is accessed. Access is authorized via Google OAuth consent by our authorized business account only.
- Data Usage: We use this data solely for internal business purposes, such as:
- SEO performance analysis and optimization for our website (artificialgrass.biz)
- Generating internal reports on site visibility, traffic trends, and search queries
- Improving our online presence and content strategy for artificial grass and landscaping services
Data is processed temporarily during analysis and is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing to users, or any other purposes.
- Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data (including Search Console data) with any third parties, including for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. Data remains strictly internal to Artificial Grass & Landscaping and is never shared externally. We fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements — no data is used to serve ads or for any prohibited purposes.
- Data Storage and Protection: Any temporarily processed data is handled securely:
- Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where applicable
- Stored only as long as needed for immediate internal analysis (typically hours to days)
- Accessed only by authorized business personnel with secure credentials
- Protected using industry-standard security measures against unauthorized access
- Data Retention and Deletion: We do not retain Google Search Console data long-term. Data is deleted automatically after analysis or upon completion of internal reports. If you are the account owner authorizing access and wish to delete any associated data or revoke access, revoke the tool in your Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). We will immediately cease accessing data upon revocation.
- Compliance with Google Policies: We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google APIs Terms of Service. We request only the minimum scopes necessary and use data solely as disclosed here.
