4.1 Photos and Location (GPS) Data

Photos you send us (for example with a quote request) and photos our delivery drivers take may contain location (GPS) data saved by the phone or camera. We keep that location data with the photo and use it only for search engine optimization (SEO): to help people searching online find our products and work in their area. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

When a photo appears on our website, the location attached to it is limited to the general neighborhood (about 1 kilometer, or 0.6 miles), never your exact address, and we never show your name or address with it. We show photos you send us on our website only with your permission. To ask us not to use a photo or its location, contact us using the details below.

Delivery confirmation location. When our driver confirms a delivery, the driver’s phone records its location (GPS) at that moment, together with the delivery photos and any signature. We keep it as proof of delivery, to confirm where and when your order was delivered and to answer any delivery question, and, if a delivery photo is shown on our website, to attach the general neighborhood (about 1 kilometer) to it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

5. Contractor Referrals

If you request a contractor referral, we may share your contact information with an independent contractor at your direction. Those contractors maintain their own privacy practices.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies, Google Analytics, Meta technologies, and similar tools to improve website functionality, measure performance, and support advertising. You may control cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may not function properly.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
