These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Artificial Grass & Landscaping API Search Console Tool (the “App”), provided by Artificial Grass & Landscaping.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App The App is a personal tool that accesses read-only data from your own Google Search Console properties using Google’s APIs. It retrieves performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, queries) for internal business/SEO analysis.
3. Use Restrictions
   • You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google’s APIs Terms of Service and API Services User Data Policy.
   • The App does not collect, store, or share any user data beyond what is necessary for its function.
   • You must not misuse Google’s APIs or violate any applicable laws.
4. No Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability Artificial Grass & Landscaping shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
