How does curbside freight delivery work?
The order is delivered to the curb. Drivers do not move turf or put products in backyards, so arrange help to take the rolls off the truck. Shipping averages 3-7 days after the order date, and a delivery date is not guaranteed.
- Check full rolls before cutting or installing them, and tell us about damaged or incorrect products within 2 days of delivery.
- Order 2 ft extra in length: cuts are within 1 ft, not exact.
- Unopened, uninstalled stocked products can be returned within 15 days in the original packaging, with return shipping paid by the buyer and a 25% restocking fee. Custom cuts, remnants, specials and discounted turf are final sale.
Can I see the turf before it ships?
Yes. Order free samples online and pay $14.95 shipping, or see every turf on the fence outside the Rancho Cordova warehouse. Compare pile height, face weight and price for each turf in the buyer's guide before ordering a roll.
Samples hang on the fence outside the warehouse at 3667 Omec Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, to see or take any time, or order free samples online ($14.95 shipping).
